It will never be perfect! Do we have your attention? Perfectionism is a dagger in moments of action. It can hold you from moving forward with your goals and paralyze you from taking the first step. It can also hold you back from taking that next step in your fitness journey. Seventy percent ready is better then never taking action on what is important to you.
