In this episode of The Chasing Shadows Show, host Aryan Choudhary is joined by Anamta Sheikh for a terrifying conversation about Paranormal Experiences, Real Horror Stories, Haunted Houses, Mysterious Entities, Strange Encounters and unexplained supernatural incidents. Anamta shares several disturbing experiences from her childhood and later life that made her question what was really happening around her.

The episode begins with a frightening childhood incident involving Anamta’s cousin, who repeatedly claimed to see a mysterious woman outside their home. The woman would reportedly appear late at night near a tree and was later seen sitting on the terrace of an unfinished complex with her legs hanging over the edge, asking to meet the girl’s father and be allowed inside. Anamta initially believed it was an imaginary experience, until she saw the same woman herself.

The conversation then moves to Anamta’s experience of staying in a flat during the COVID lockdown. Strange incidents reportedly began inside the house, including food being covered with chilli powder, insects appearing despite repeated cleaning, things going missing and disturbing experiences that made them feel uncomfortable. The situation became more frightening when Anamta and her friend reportedly experienced the same disturbing dream. Eventually, the incidents became serious enough that they decided they had to leave the house.

Anamta also recalls a disturbing incident where knocking appeared to come from inside the gate while she was standing near a mirror, even though there was no obvious explanation for it. Another incident during a gathering involved a friend behaving unusually while cooking, followed by an experience that became the final reason for them to decide to leave.

The episode also explores Anamta’s later paranormal experiences, including unusual voices heard by a friend during a phone call and strange occurrences around her home and surroundings. Aryan and Anamta discuss paranormal beliefs, spiritual experiences, protection, faith and why some people believe certain places or situations can attract unexplained entities.

The stories discussed in this episode are presented as personal experiences, memories, beliefs and paranormal claims. They are not presented as scientifically verified facts.
