There are different seasons we all fall into throughout our lives. We have seasons of growth, seasons of maintaining, a season of rest, etc. We also have seasons of emotional and mental struggles. This season can be one of the most difficult to get through.  Understand that it is a rough patch in your life, and you can get through it. As humans, you are not meant to live in depression and constant struggle.
