Having an all-or-nothing mindset is a way that many of us live. This mindset can either be a good or wrong way to see things. The good is when you start a fitness journey, you’re all in and ready to accomplish the goal you set yourself out to get. That mindset works against you if you have a slip-up and don’t follow your meal or workout plan. Many see that as a failure and give up on the entire goal.
