The Work Play Obsession, Life and Jiu Jitsu podcast shared our mission to build a community of inclusivity and familiarity for those healing the invisible wounds of trauma. We do this by leveraging recreational therapy in the form of Jiu Jitsu, Art, and Stand Up Paddle boarding.
