When the Bough Breaks (WTBB) is a NEW podcast that began with the idea of creating a resource for those who find themselves estranged from 1, or more core family members. Guests discuss the events that led up to their estrangement and also share their feelings throughout their journey. Other noteworthy guests include psychologists, family counselors, life coaches, writers and more! Although the show's own host has the adult-child's perspective, the show is not limited to estranged adult children. Alexis Arralynn, one of the FEW podcasters willing to tackle this difficult and often painful topic, realizes that one important step toward healing and recovery, is vulnerability. So, she herself has also opened up about her OWN personal journey of estrangement in several episodes during Season 1. Season 2 is currently being scheduled.
