Hello & welcome! I am Carol Nieves and this is episode numero uno of my very own podcast!  This is Wandering Thoughts- A Runner's Mind What inspired this title and podcast is my personal relationship with running! I am a runner and there is something so special about running that I wanted to share with all of you guys. Runners not only have legs running (ha, ha) but thoughts running through their minds all the time on runs. There is something so special to have time in your day to put on some shoes and head out the door for some time to run. It is self-care, de-stressor, healthy, and fun to do! All at the same time.  For our opening episode, I will be discussing the layout of this very fun podcast and be having a fun and chill conversation with one of my favorite people: ARDEN BROWN!  I hope this podcast will just bring smiles and laughter ENJOY!
