This is a reenactment of the sworn testimony of Ambassador Stephen Mull, Hillary Clinton's Executive Secretary at the State Department, who despite being a career diplomat at the highest level seems to be suffering from remarkable bouts of amnesia and cannot remember some of the most important events of his career. The reenactment uses only the actual transcript of the deposition.

Cheryl Mills was Hillary Clinton's Chief of Staff. In her deposition, she used the phrase "I don't know" or "I don't recall" 189 times and her lawyers object to the questions over 200 times. She is an expert in the classic Clintonian evasion. This reenactment of her deposition uses only the actual transcript.
