Emmanuel Katto is known as Famous Ugandan Business Man, Investor, Entrepreneur, philanthropist and rally race organizer with huge passion for sports. He starts his business from ground level and takes on new heights within a short span of time. Emmanuel Katto began an organization called Emka Foundation.  

Emmanuel Katto start Emka Foundation for underprivileged children across Uganda. The Emka Foundation's main motive is to provide basic life necessities such as food, medicine and education for underprivileged children by transforming their lives.    

Emmanuel Katto start Emka Rally that is Motorsport Team part of history and journey of Uganda Rally. Emka Rally start in 1984 and still it cherishes every moment that is shared in sport.  Emka Rally Team will always be remembered for its mass-following fan base across the region, basically in Uganda.
