MONTH'S GUIDE (For you, from THAC) ------ JANUARY 2021 - TEAM = Trusting the Energy Available to its Members? By Anju Venkat Wellness Greetings! Each and everyone of us are part of the Whole. We know it, yet it’s sometimes difficult to remember that the Whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. So we know our body works as One Whole- yet getting worried or irritated by a part of it- be it our heart/ kidney/ gut/ fat or our hair, becomes a habit. We know we are not alone - yet we take it all on and feel wholly responsible for it, which in turn makes pressure, guilt, and anxiety, a part of our daily living. So let’s start this New Year (and every month after), with One Thought that  can be our guide for the month. Let’s hold this thought for the month, every time we slip or every time we want to support ourselves and our families better, or every time we need inspiration/motivation to carry on. The thought for this month of January, comes from one of Dr Vijaya Venkat’s acronyms. As we know, she was very partial to them, and loved spinning words and ideas in such a manner. So many of us have heard her speak about "PAIN - as Powerful Action In Nobility, or a COLD as Careful Observation Of Life Demanding rest". These simple ideas have been easy to remember as acronyms, in the times we need them the most. They act as "HRT's", as she said - Handful of Resourceful Tips/Tools. The acronym for this month that came to us is - "TEAM: Trusting the Energy Available to its Members". Let's trust each and every organ of our body. Trust each and every person of our team- be it the staff at home, co- workers or family members. Trust the energy available and created. For then whatever occurs be it a signal to change gear or eat better or slow down or sleep- is Heard. Then a response will occur. We at THAC have seen this happen amazingly in this year gone by- we were all in different spaces yet co - ordination and co-operation was easy and doable. We felt strong enough to support and felt supported. By our Body/ Natural Law / each other and each and every one of you! So let TRUST guide us towards knowing that ENERGY IS AVAILABLE. That we have it in US to walk this journey as being one person in a team. That we are part of a part and the Whole is working. Allow any of these words to keep you on the path of Wellness for this month ahead- TEAM WHOLE ENERGY TRUST Let it guide you and help you to be happy rooted and joyful. Till we meet again next month, to a new word or concept, to root us and help us grow. Share your understanding, feeling, highs and low- so that we all learn- for we are a Team!
