Hi! My name is Lucy Touche, and I am 21 years old. I'm currently going through the same issues as everyone else my age, and I've come to realise that not many people are open to talking about this stuff. With this podcast, I hope to provide a platform for discussing mental health and all the other problems faced by people of my generation. I hope to interview a wide range of people from experts, to other students and have casual discussions about our own experiences and challenges in life.
