Three years ago i started a drycleaning laundry delivery business, the van i bought didnt have a good radio antenna , so after enough sports radio essentially for the rest of my life. Somehow i was introduced to podcasts, which intern changed my life for the better. Honest conversation and unabashed and unedited information from all walks of life, from pyscology, science, motivation, health and wellbeing ,meditation. ect.
