About

Here at People Issues Podcast (PIP), we care about our listeners. We strive to create open dialogue, across the gap of personal or political beliefs. Think something we say is ridiculous? Let us know! Sometimes the juiciest, best conversations are hidden behind a thin veil of propriety that we would like to tear down. We don’t expect to agree with everything people say, and we hope that those who don’t agree with us will be willing to dialogue. PIP isn’t about us telling the general public what we think is right or wrong. It is about putting our opinions out into the ether, and expecting push-back. As mentioned in the first episode, both of us (Jackie and Christy) identify as feminists. What we say comes from that viewpoint. If you are comfortable telling us your opinion, please do! We ask that your opinion be articulate and well thought-out, but it does not have to be what we “want to hear”. What we want to hear is your truth.
