An outlier is someone who is different from others, stands out from the crowd and make a big contribution to the world. eg Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. As Christians we can feel like outsiders. We don’t fit. But actually we ARE different. We DON”T fit and that is a GOOD thing. When Peter wrote the letter 1 Peter the Christians were being heavily persecuted. They felt like outsiders and what he was saying was that they were outliers. Different, yes, but with a big contribution to make.
