The mission of Notable Taboo is to raise awareness around taboo topics and to redefine the context surrounding them which will breakdown the stigmas that are attached to them. Some episodes are from just Lauren Castillo’s (the host) personal experience, and other episodes are with special guests that lend their expert opinion on certain taboo topics. The goal for this podcast is to give listeners support to overcome both internal and even external objections, in order for them to feel free and not judged by society.
