Each of us always have a choice on how we respond to situations and move our lives forward as we see fit. New Year's lead many of us to think about a reset or change to lead to improvement (AKA: resolution). We can get "stuck" sometimes and producing these sessions are my way of helping me get "unstuck" and to be mindful that I have a choice. Even if I don't make a choice, I still have made a choice.
