Welcome to the “Living Intentionally” podcast! My name is Chaim Loeb. In this podcast, you will hear and learn what breeds action. Where living intentionally leads to action. You will acquire knowledge from those who are in a state of action. Yes, I said action a few times. Why? Because that is the only way to get from where you are to where you want to be. They live either with all the following or deeply with one of the following. They live with passion, intention, mission, and action. You will gain an understanding of what drives them. You will learn their WHY’s, so you can build the tools for yourself to grow. You will hear their challenges, their struggles, and how they work through them to, therefore, crawl out a better human. These people will either be known or ordinary people living extraordinary lives. But they will give you what you need to then take action. Also, you will learn from me and my guests about Nutrition, Fitness, and overall health in a way you might have never before. What you will take-in here, in terms of your fitness, your nutrition, and your mindset will give you tools to succeed. Your work bag will be filled with what’s necessary from our guests and myself for you to now “LIVE WITH INTENTION”.
