On Levitate® with Ryan Nell we chat to inspiring changemakers. None of them have done it alone. So as we chat to these amazing people, we’ll explore how community and connection have made a difference to their journey. At Levitate, we’ve been helping people to connect mind, body and soul since spring 2018. We teach meditation and mindfulness for the real world to people with busy minds. We do this in drop-in group classes at studios and companies. We get all our inspiration from connecting with the community, and we’re so happy to have you here.
