This podcast has been created for people to come together in order to discuss interesting/unique topics and to learn more about Philosophy. Additionally, we want to create a place for people to have meaningful discussions about topics that matter. We provide a place for people to discuss their ideas about life and the world around us. Our staff encourages free speech and the ability to use reason in discussing major issues.I am a creator of the website The Philosophes (www.thephilosophes.com) and the open Facebook group (The Philosophes) that is used for our discussions. I am a high school teacher who is an amateur in philosophy, but I am extremely interested in the subject. This is the official weekly podcast of The Philosophes. It will involve weekly discussions on philosophical topics, books, movies, etc. Join me on my adventure to become more educated within philosophy and about the lives of others. Our website is built upon the mission to provide a great place for everyone to discuss philosophical ideas.
