You ever been so cold it felt like someone was using ice cold syringes on you. Well that’s what it felt like for me that night. That particular cold night is what I sprites me to write this poem. Because as cold as it got that night I did find warmth.

Cold Winter Nights

We always pay them no mind and we often do not recollect if they are even there. However, every seconds of our lives, day and nights they are boastfully attached to us. By definition, "A dark area or shape produced by a body coming between rays of light and a surface." This shadow envelops a space in between light and surface casting a formidable stature.
