To merge credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online, go to the Chart of Accounts, locate the account you wish to combine, and click Edit. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the account. Change this account's name to the same as the one you intend to keep. To merge the accounts into a single account, choose Yes when asked to confirm the merge.
