House Cats is a podcast about the lower chamber of the U.S. Congress, and on each episode we examine a different one of the 435 districts around the country. The House is supposed to be our most direct way in to the federal government--but do we have the voice we're supposed to have? We turn the microphone on everyday citizens of each district to hear their answers. There's plenty of fun to be had here in the House, and like the well-trained cats we are, we won't stray, even to the north wing of the Capitol. Join us each week for that little hit of democracy catnip you've been waiting for.
