Amid a peasant uprising, a feckless prince and his dizzy mother pretend to be commoners and blunder their way through low society. Also, the prince gets all googly-eyed over the boy next door. Only the boy next door also happens to be the leader of the revolution. Oh well, nobody’s perfect. A gay screwball fairy tale romance musical.
