Welcome to the 'Ghazal Sarai Podcast', a one-stop destination for your weekly dose of Urdu Poetries & Literature. 

Ghazal is a popular form of Urdu/Persian poetry. Ghazal-Sarai simply means the act of reciting, singing, or performing a Ghazal. 

In this Podcast we read and appreciate the evergreen beauty of Classic Urdu Poetries. We try to get into the Poet's mindset and find different angles and contexts. We provide the meanings of tough words if there are any. Poetry is not something to dissect, we keep this in mind and instead of dissecting we just vibe along with the poetries and discuss what a particular piece of poetry makes us feel and think. Also, sometimes we read some of our own poetries too, towards the end of the episodes. 

On Youtube, in the video version of this podcast, as we read and discuss, we navigate through a proper on-screen presentation of the poetries line by line in three different language scripts (English, Hindi, Urdu).
