It is not always easy to fit in workouts and to be consistent with them – other commitments come up like work, family, and so on. That said, all of us want to be strong, fit, and have the confidence that comes with being in shape. Find Your Strong is here to help you overcome these obstacles and make strength and fitness attainable to you no matter what. You will learn about strength training, increasing your endurance, moving better, improving your body composition, as well as learn a bit about martial arts (especially Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). Tony has over twenty years of experience in the weight room, well over a decade as a full-time fitness professional, holds a BS in exercise science, and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In 2013 he and his wife Mira opened a gym in Portland, OR called Industrial Strength where they help people reach new levels of strength as well as learning BJJ.
