We are a group of passionate Emergency Department (ED) educators all working in some form in emergency medicine. We will expand as quickly as the demand does to include a range of nurses, ODP's, advanced practitioners and doctors all contributing to sharing knowledge about how we should manage patients in the Emergency Department. As an ED nurse today there is ALOT to learn and its not an easy job, never fear there are plenty of resources here to make your job easier. If you haven't already seen it- the RCN Emergency Care Association (ECA) have produced a framework of skills and career progression for the ED nurse. Our resources will hopefully follow this and enable you to link your learning. Check out the blog explaining self development below- https://www.ededucate.co.uk/blog These Podcasts are out way of getting some of the learning into a chat between us as we know everyone learns in different ways. We hope you enjoy and do please get in touch.
