Hey there! Thanks for giving Disturbin' the 'Burbs a listen! The show is hosted by me (Jim Sharon) and my lovely, talented, and tolerant wife—Jen! We live in the suburbs north of the Emerald City—otherwise known as Seattle. I’ve worked in the creative industry most of my adult life and am always looking for a new challenge — which is how the Disturbin’ the ‘Burbs podcast was born. This ‘brand’ already existed in the form of an annual music event that would take place at our house that combined several of our passions; music, food, family, friends, cocktails, and shenanigans. That event has been on hiatus for a while, but we decided to resurrect the brand in some fashion—so we launched a podcast that combines all the things we love—and tell a few stories along the way. So we hope you’ll join use in this journey and listen whenever you get a chance. At the very least, it wont’ be boring—and we might even learn a thing or two along the way. Cheers!
