Eric and Larry share how their blue collar service business was transformed with a Morning Tech Meeting. Each morning the techs were taught the "soft skills" that increased their communication skills and self awareness which increased their capacity to serve the clients. The daily lessons improved the lives of the owners (Eric and Larry), the technicians, and the clients. The purpose of this podcast is to help small blue collar service business owners gain the awareness and skills to create a culture in their companies where they do not spend all day putting out the fires that the technicians create and spend more time working on building the business they always dreamed of owning.
