The benefit of adventure sports is that we get a chance to fight with our inner fears, build confidence, and know our strengths. Adventure sports are also very competitive. People also take part in adventure sport competitions, and to do so, talent and experience are a must. Huge numbers of activities take place under these competitions and events. A person participating in such events develops confidence and gets habitual in his/her life to take the risk. There are lots of advantages of doing such sports like it keeps us fit, we enjoy it, we face some crazy and new experiences, we make amazing memories and get incredible stories to share with friends and family, we experience adrenaline rush which makes us feel more alive and appreciate this life and definitely, last but not least, we get a feeling of achieving something, we overcome our fear and get close to nature by participating in these outdoor adventure sports. We get to explore our country’s new places as well. Although adventure sports have some advantages, there are some disadvantages too. Adventure sports are very dangerous as we are risking our lives for enjoyment and recreation; there is a high possibility of getting injuries that can also prove fatal. Sometimes, people get into trouble as these sports increase our heart rate and might cause a heart attack. Moreover, such sports cost a lot. So, it can be concluded that just as there are two sides to a coin, so are there both advantages and disadvantages of adventure sports too. We should always get into such sports only after gathering proper information so that we can enjoy ourselves without risking our lives. Thank you.

In this sport high water level of the river and the fast speed of the flowing water can make it from simple to dangerous in just a matter of seconds. So, there is a need for experience, skill and proper training while taking part in river rafting. Another adventure sport, bungee jumping, is also an exciting one, full of thrill and fun. It excites many tourists all over the world. In India, Delhi is a suitable place for this adventure sport. This can be performed by members of all ages as it is full of fun and is relatively safe.
