We will examine views on the Ukraine/Crimea crisis from Russia, the Baltic States, eastern Europe and others. Then we will dwell on the the most recent mass surveillance news from Britain, Germany and the United States, and the activities of the Japanese government on the three year anniversary of the Fukushima disaster.
