Can sharing your experience with a mental illness help others? It’s estimated that 45% of Australians between the ages of 16 and 85 will experience a mental illness - but less than half will seek help and part of that comes down to stigma. However, workplaces just may be the key to getting people to reach out for help and reducing that stigma.
