Remember those ideal morning routines we shared last week? Don't worry, neither does A.J. This week, we put them to the test to discover the REALITY of how a week in our lives actually plays out.Talking the talk is one thing, but walking the walk? Now that's another entirely. In today's episode, we share the truth about 5am (or 6am, or 7am) wake-ups; how often we actually adhere to an ideal morning and how this affects the rest of our day, our mood & our mindset. We reveal what matters most about creating the ideal morning routine, and ironically enough, it has nothing to do with how you actually spend it. It's about how often you commit to lifting your ass out of bed to try.In other news, A.J. is put under spotlight for several questionable incidents: the increasingly vocal nature of his internal indiscretions, and the return of old drinking habits. Meanwhile, Kenzie continues to pursue a much-needed break, admitting ever so slowly that there's a time and place for her ‘NO-BULLSHIT’ attitude to work.We are far from perfect, and this humbling exercise makes that very clear.
