Someone in my life suffering from White Fragility and White Rage messaged me. In the moment I shut down, and I don't regret it, but later I sat down and wrote out my responses for myself and wanted to share them here with you. Hoping this can be a learning experience for us all.

<p>Conversations on difficult topics are difficult to have but we learn so much when we have them. My hope is to talk to as many people as I can about race, religion, politics and how they affect our lives. Positive, negative, indifferent, all experiences are important and valid.</p>
