A woman from Random Island is seeking answers as her husband has been left in limbo waiting for lung surgery for three years. Beverley Lambert and her husband have faced a long road since he was diagnosed with lung fibrosis in 2013. Initially, she says his condition could be treated with medication but in 2018 they were told that he would need a double lung transplant. It's been three years and operation still hasn't taken place due to delays, the pandemic, and most recently their lung specialist leaving the province. Recently, Lambert called the clinic in Toronto to find out that they haven't received any information about her husband since an initial delay in 2019. Lambert speaks to VOCM's Richard Duggan about the toll the process has taken.
