He is a Retired Educator in Texas where he was a Band Director for 12 years and a High School Counselor for 18 years. He grew up in Monahans, Texas and attended college at Angelo State University to earn his Bachelors in Music Education. He then obtained his Masters from Sul Ross State University in Education with a concentration in Counseling.
