On today's podcast episode we are talking about one of my favorite topics. You've heard me talk about it before many times, and that is the topic of sales. However, today we are looking at it through a different lens. We are going to look at the problem that I've heard many of you talk about recently in my dm's and in my email. You talk about how you go into a sales call, feeling excited, prepared, enthusiastic. You are aware that this potential client could be an ideal client for you. Then something happens on the call and you lose control of the call, or it ends up going into the friend zone. You're not sure what went wrong today. We are taking a close look at what is called frame control and frame control is something that in reality, I could teach an entire semester on, but we're looking at it today in a simple and straightforward way to help you keep control of your sales calls so that you don't end up in the friend zone with these potential clients.
