If you don’t pivot now, your business won’t survive. If I had a dollar for the amount of times I’ve heard that in the last 2months, I’d be a very rich man. Well the facts are simply this. Yes at times, a pivot might be desperately needed. BUT in most cases, it’s NOT the right thing for you and your business. You shouldn’t need to complete big pivots in your business and the fact that you “must” pivot right now, is actually the catalyst for first understanding that major pivots are nearly always in response to a negative, challenging or devastatingly bad situation for your business.
