Why INFPs need to stop obsessing over balance

Education

Should INFPs really try to keep every part of life perfectly balanced?

A lot of us believe balance is the goal but what if that's the wrong way to think about it?

In this video I explain why I see life more like a swinging pendulum than a perfectly balanced scale. Sometimes you'll go all-in on work. Sometimes family. Sometimes games. The important skill isn't staying perfectly balanced—it's noticing when you've gone too far and making a course correction.

I'll also share an RPG way of thinking about life using skill points, why awareness matters more than perfection, and the one question I continually ask myself when I feel out of alignment.

What you'll learn

• Why INFPs naturally seek balance

• The pendulum mindset

• Faster course correction instead of perfection

• How RPG stat allocation applies to real life

• The question that helps you realign
