Who is the host of WTF and why should I listen?

Don't let the name fool you this podcast covers all things Real Estate Investing in 30 minutes or less. I don't claim to have it all, I'm far from that point, but I can show you what I did to take take a goal of owning ten doors in ten years and turning it into 67 doors (and growing) in just 3! I'm not a real estate guru or even financially independent, yet. I'm not a genius; actually, I can barely spell (why I'm not blogging), but if you want to know how to get started in real estate, different paths you can take, pitfalls to avoid or are just plain stuck at the starting line listen up!
