 We elaborate on Phase 3 (maintenance) of the comprehensive treatment plan for Giza Necropolis. We interpret Giza Necropolis as an archaeo-socio-economic perpetuity, a perpetual institution with socioeconomic systems adapted relative to and for it. We call this perpetuity Pyramid City. We give a basic overview of Pyramid City, including its existence and uniqueness.
