The Buzz: “It seems like the war for talent is never-ending” (Jacob Morgan). One tech talent acquisition company found 75% of companies in 2019 had problems finding candidates, with only 21% of workers worldwide actively seeking a job. The McKinsey Global Institute projected 38–40 million fewer workers by 2020 with college / postgraduate degrees or 13% of what employers will need.
