In the third hour, Mike Mulligan and David Haugh were joined by Audacy Sports insider Michael Lombardi to discuss the Rams' win against the Bengals in the Super Bowl and several controversial calls/non-calls by the officials. Later, UIC athletic director Michael Lipitz joined the show to discuss the Horizon League reversing course by reinstating Flames teams into the conference tournaments. UIC is leaving for the Missouri Valley Conference when the 2022-'23 academic year begins, which had led to a ban from conference tournaments for its programs.
