I promise this will be one that you read and re-read over and over. Brendan uses an acronym that I have adopted during this time and will continue to use it…Every single day…use your MEDS!Meditate…for me this is prayer-you do you!Exercise…move your body at least 30 min a dayDiet…this does NOT mean limiting your food, this means choose a way of eating that is healthy that you can maintain!Sleep…you need at least 7 hours of sleep each night, no exceptions! Keep a Gratitude Journal…keep it simple, I just use my day-timer (yes, I’m old-fashioned and still write everything down) Everyday, write down at least 3 things you are thankful for! ***ALERT…limit your news intake and social media intake! Be a “user” and NOT a “consumer” Download a FREE app…”Moment” This app tracks the time you spend on your phone…trust me, it can be extremely scary!
