Hello! Hueclouds here. In this episode we're going to talk about how I think of self steam as self respect and how I increase it all on my own by comparing my own intentions with other people's intentions people who often judge my own intentions. In this episode I'm going to teach you how to protect yourself from these individuals who have it all wrong and how to feel less guilty about being your own self. My whole life I always been criticized or judged for being kind I often almost have been bullied for being a nice person and it's very sad to have the negatives be so loud and the positives to be so silent . I also retouch a little bit more about the mission of Hugh clouds and why this whole thing is so important to explain to those who are experiencing the same feelings as I am. A journal or a notebook is often a really good way to compare your own actions and intentions and it's a really good way to get to know your own self so we're going to be talking a little bit more about that and also how I overcame my little breakdown and why it's not a bad thing to have breakdowns it's actually very positive because it just means that you are about to approach a part of yourself that you didn't know you could handle but once you do it is all just so rewarding and remember even if you fail you never truly failed because everything is simply just an experience and always a lesson.
