This week, we’re talking about what it really means to let love in with a client of mine who went through the program, Erin Szaroleta. Before we begin our healing journeys, it’s quite common for us to find ourselves unable to find the words to properly express our feelings to friends, family, and partners. When we don’t know ourselves, we tend to look for acceptance in other people. Making someone else responsible for how you feel about yourself is unsustainable and only leads you down the path of people-pleasing and love addiction. We can all find it in ourselves to be responsible for how we feel and remember that when negative emotions do come up, they’re not permanent. Listen to hear a first-hand account of how Let Love In has transformed my client’s life - and don’t hesitate to share this episode with someone who could benefit from hearing about Let Love In, too!
