Wages, Inflation, Pay freezes... Allowance hikes that seem to defy all decency and logic... the resulting Pay woes... some are wallowing in anemic pay growth, some have ZERO pay growth, and others? Well.... they seem to be doing a little better than "just fine".... It's not fun stuff to listen to but... it's better than believing a pipe dream. I'll take reality over the pipe dream any day. You, too? Alright then, listen in. We gotta accept reality so we can have a better understanding of what exactly is needed to be done to adjust that reality to some we see as acceptable.
