Have you ever had someone say to you, Well, I didn’t know that, as if you were at fault? For example, I am training my kids to bring their laundry upstairs once a week for cleaning. I’ve said it multiple times, announced the night to bring them up and I’ve even done it once. Then, I do the laundry and items they wanted clean were left out. I remind them that I do laundry once a week and items need to be in the laundry room before the day I do them. The answer I will get is..."Well, I didn’t know I had to bring them up?"
