Hi, My name is Rich Peterson and I'm a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. I live and work in American Canyon. This podcast is meant to be all things related to real estate - primarily focused on local government but I will also be looking at state legislation as well. In addition to housing specific policies, I will also be providing community updates for American Canyon and the surrounding areas.
