Life Coach Patricia Larkin, M.S. shares her own radical truth and interviews guests on topics on themes of spirituality, healing trauma and self love. Surviving with the symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder for over a decade, Patricia found the explanations and cures for the root causes of mental health issues not in her Master's in Mental Health Counseling program but in yoga, meditation and subconscious reprogramming techniques she learned in the life coaching world. With all due respect to the field of therapy and therapists out there doing the good work, in the words of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk as spoken in a YouTube video Patricia saw once, "Diagnosis is bullshit!"
