Meatiest PlayerSteve – Ryan GriffinMatt – James BurgessAlex – Bilal Powell Meat of the week – Loaded Potato (Red)SkinsBrisket & Bacon – Handy Market Brisket Rub3 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper1 tablespoon granulated white sugar1 tablespoon onion powder2 teaspoons mustard powder2 teaspoons garlic powder2 teaspoons American chili or ancho powder1 teaspoon chipotle or cayenne powderBrisket – add salt up to 24 hour before, then add rub whenever before cooking. Cook at 275 for 3 hours until reaches internal temperature of 195 degreesBacon – Cook however you’d like (dealer’s choice!)Potatoes – bake for an hour at 400 degrees until softened.
